REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

This Refund & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made on or after the Effective Date.
By completing a purchase on www.puresoles.ph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
1. GENERAL POLICY
Pure Soles PH offers curated and limited-quantity products. Due to the nature of our inventory, all sales are generally considered final, subject to applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws.
2. NON-RETURNABLE CASES
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

Change of mind

Incorrect size selection

Fit dissatisfaction

Personal preference
-
Courier delays
-
Minor cosmetic packaging wear (e.g., box dents)
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details carefully before completing their purchase.
3. EXCHANGES (ON-HAND ITEMS ONLY)
Exchange requests may be considered within seven (7) calendar days from receipt of the item, subject to approval.
To qualify:

Item must be unused

No signs of wear
-
Tags intact
-
Complete original packaging
-
With proof of purchase
Each order is eligible for one (1) exchange only.
Shipping costs related to exchanges shall be borne by the customer unless the item is proven defective or incorrect.
Pure Soles PH reserves the right to deny exchange requests that do not strictly comply with these conditions.
4. PRE-ORDER ITEMS
All pre-order items are FINAL SALE.
Pre-orders are sourced specifically upon customer request. Therefore:

No refunds

No exchanges
-
No cancellations
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated sourcing timeline and conditions.
5. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours from receipt.
You must provide:

Clear photos of the item

Photos of the packaging
-
Order number
Failure to report within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.
Upon verification and approval, Pure Soles PH may, at its sole discretion:

Replace the item (subject to availability), or
-
Issue a refund equivalent to the purchase amount
6. REFUNDS (IF APPROVED)
Refunds are not automatic and are subject to evaluation and approval.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was proven defective or incorrect

Processing time depends on the payment provider
Pure Soles PH reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with this Policy.
7. FRAUD & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Pure Soles PH reserves the right to:

Cancel orders involving suspected fraudulent activity

Refuse service to customers with previous payment disputes or chargebacks

Suspend transactions pending payment verification
False claims or abusive refund behavior may result in restriction from future purchases.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Pure Soles PH shall not be liable for:

Courier delays

Third-party platform outages
-
Force majeure events
-
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Liability, where applicable, shall be limited strictly to the purchase value of the product.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
Pure Soles PH shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Typhoons
-
Government restrictions
-
Courier disruptions

Platform outages
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising from transactions shall be subject to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction within the Philippines.
11. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
Pure Soles PH reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.
The version in effect at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
