1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, browsing, placing an order, or completing a purchase on www.puresoles.ph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, including our Refund & Exchange Policy, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy.
Completion of checkout constitutes acceptance of all policies posted on this website.

2. ELIGIBILITY
By placing an order, you represent that:

Limited and curated items may not be restocked.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Digital payments are subject to verification prior to processing.
Pure Soles PH reserves the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
5. PRE-ORDER TERMS
Pre-order items are sourced upon request and are FINAL SALE.
No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges unless required by applicable law.
Lead times are estimates and may be affected by supplier or logistics delays.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery timelines are estimates only.
Pure Soles PH is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the item is handed over to the courier.
7. LOCAL PICK-UP
Local pick-up may be available subject to approval.
To secure a pick-up reservation, we may require:

Full payment; or
-
A non-refundable downpayment ranging from ₱1,000 to ₱2,000 depending on product value.
Pick-up must be completed within 7 to 15 calendar days from order confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to collect within the agreed timeframe may result in:

Release of item for resale

Forfeiture of downpayment
Downpayments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
8. FRAUD & ABUSE
We reserve the right to:

Cancel suspicious transactions

Refuse service

Restrict customers with repeated COD refusals or abusive refund behavior
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability shall be limited strictly to the purchase price of the product.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government actions, courier disruptions, platform outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
