SHIPPING POLICY

At Pure Soles PH, we aim to process and deliver orders efficiently and securely.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed after payment verification.

Processing time:

  • On-hand items: 1–2 business days

  • Pre-order items: Based on the stated lead time

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Pure Soles PH reserves the right to delay shipment in cases requiring additional payment verification.

2. METRO MANILA DELIVERY

Standard Delivery

Metro Manila orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on courier availability.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for Metro Manila addresses only.

Due to order volume and internal scheduling for our in-house rider, COD deliveries may take approximately 1–7 working days from order confirmation.

COD orders are subject to:

  • Order verification

  • Confirmation via the provided contact number

  • Rider scheduling availability

Pure Soles PH reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed or unreachable COD orders.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD deliveries may result in restriction from future COD purchases.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available within Metro Manila or serviceable areas through third-party booking platforms such as:

  • Lalamove

  • Grab

  • Other similar delivery applications

Same-day delivery is subject to:

  • Payment verification

  • Rider availability

  • Booking confirmation

Shipping fees for same-day delivery shall be shouldered by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Once the item is handed over to the rider, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

Pure Soles PH is not liable for delays, damages, or issues arising from third-party same-day delivery providers.

3. PROVINCIAL DELIVERY

Provincial deliveries are handled through LBC Express under our corporate account.

Orders are first scheduled for LBC pick-up from our location. Delivery timelines begin once LBC officially receives and processes the shipment.

Estimated delivery timeframe:

  • 3–7 business days from LBC acceptance, depending on destination

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Operational disruptions

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the item is officially accepted and processed by LBC.

Pure Soles PH is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services after dispatch.

4. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the item has been dispatched or booked for delivery.

5. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Pure Soles PH is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Additional charges due to incorrect information may be shouldered by the customer.

6. UNDELIVERED OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If a package is:

  • Refused upon delivery; or

  • Returned due to failed delivery attempts

Pure Soles PH reserves the right to:

  • Charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery; or

  • Cancel the order in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy.
